Maybe it’s Olympic fever or maybe it’s just plain good advice?

Why is it that we love an Olympic hero? Is it the glory of all that gold, or is it in the unimaginable effort that is required to get there? These athletes teach us a level of resilience and guts that most of us can’t even fathom? Medal winning or not, there’s nothing like putting your heart and soul (and no doubt a good set of lungs and some extraordinary muscle power) into an Olympic performance.

We couldn’t help but be inspired by some wise words from the legend that is Michael Phelps.  Speaking of resilience, there is nothing like a few personal setbacks and some physical and psychological challenges to interfere with breaking a world record or two.  It’s what you do with those setbacks that determine the end game. Whether it be sport, career, or life, following are some inspiring words to live by.
