There’s that word again…resilience! It keeps popping up everywhere. We really loved this article we came across on the Mindy Body Green website that offers an easy to read summary of what it means to be resilient.  We are particularly fond of the concept of ‘finding meaning in the mess’. This is perhaps the one biggest differences we see between simply surviving and really thriving, the ability to learn from chaos and failure.
